While the CRTP program is By Invite Only, we welcome players to attend our seasonal tryouts for evaluation. Currently, we have available spots as some of our athletes have progressed to the collegiate level. If you’re interested in being considered, we strongly encourage you to email us at inquiry@Optimumbeach.us or complete the CRTP Prospective Player Form on this page.

Tryout dates:

  • October 11 at UMR in Bradenton
  • October 12 at McDugald Park in Tampa
  • October 20 at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg
  • Last Chance Make-Up Day: October 27 at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg

COLLEGIATE RECRUITING TRAINING PROGRAM

CRTP athletes train at the highest level while gaining invaluable knowledge of the college recruitment process and what it takes to earn a collegiate beach volleyball scholarship. Optimum Beach has cultivated key relationships with college coaches and recruiters, therefore know what it takes to play at the next level.

This is an elite program. Participation is by invitation or evaluation only. Please complete the CRTP Prospective Player form and a director will contact you to schedule an evaluation.

Collegiate Recruiting Training Program (CRTP) is a training group for players who:

  • Are interested in being recruited by an NCAA beach volleyball program
  • Have played Open level juniors tournament, or agree to start once enrolled in our program
  • Have been evaluated by one of our Master Coaches 
  • Have a GROWTH MINDSET
  • Agree to attend an informational meeting for our 2022-23 National Team. This elite team will represent Optimum Beach in BVCA tournaments beginning January 2023. Try-out info or invites to follow.
