Situated on picturesque Northshore Beach overlooking Tampa Bay, in St. Petersburg, and led by Olympic and Master Coaches, these 4-hour sessions focus on skills and strategies so you can maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses!
Running from 8 AM to 12 PM, these Skills and Tactics Clinics are your ticket to skill refinement and game mastery. Immerse yourself in a perfect mix of technical finesse and tactical prowess, all served with precision, guided by seasoned experts and all with a sprinkle of fun!

Skills and strategy clinics are offered 2x per month for the Fall Season. Sessions are tailored to specific groups so that the player gets the most out of each session.
Newcomers and Beginners are encouraged to sign up for the NexGen clinics.
Intermediate and Advanced players should select Juniors clinics.

Junior Skills & Strategy Clinics
Ages 13-17
Optimum Beach offers monthly 3-hour clinics that allow our coaches to break down the game and teach as well as refine specific skill sets. Clinics may focus on technique, game strategy, advanced skills, game IQ and ways to improve partner communication and connection.
These clinics are extremely popular..so sign up quickly to reserve your spot!
ELITE SKILLS CAMP
This camp is designed for the advanced competitive beach player looking to gain experience and insight into what it’s going to take to win at the next level. During skills training, blockers and defenders will divide into sub-groups to practice high volume reps of advanced skill sets and creative offensive/defensive strategies. Players later will combine to apply what they’ve learned in a mini Queen of the Beach tournament. This is a perfect way to meet high-level partners with the same goals and determination as you.
